1. Overview: The XP Mentorship is a private forex trading education programme operated by Panganasi Group Limited. By enrolling, you agree to these terms.
2. Nature of Service: The XP Mentorship provides educational content, mentorship, trading signals, and personal coaching related to forex and synthetic index trading. This is an educational service — not regulated financial advice, investment management, or a managed account service.
3. Enrollment: Enrollment is subject to a qualifying call with TOP P. Acceptance is at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to decline applicants who are not a suitable fit for the programme.
4. Payment: Programme fees are one-time payments as listed for each level. Payment details are provided personally after the qualifying call. Fees are in Tanzanian Shillings (TZS).
5. Extraordinary Graduation Guarantee: The graduation guarantee is a personal commitment by TOP P, conditional on the student: (a) completing all required coursework, (b) attending all scheduled sessions, (c) following the prescribed trading and risk management protocols, and (d) completing the full programme as designed. The guarantee does not apply if the student discontinues participation or fails to complete the required work.
6. No Guarantee of Profit: Trading involves significant risk. Past performance does not guarantee future results. Rankings, testimonials, and payout figures are historical and may not be representative of your experience. You may lose money trading.
